Investment Lifecycle Application
Our investment lifecycle plan from acquisition, development and refurbishment, through to sale, focuses on embedding ESG best practice and sustainability throughout the investment process.
Sustainable Framework for the planning, design and construction
As part of its responsible investment strategy, 3RE applies its ‘Sustainable Development and Refurbishment Framework’ to the planning, design, and construction of major refurbishments projects. This ensures sustainability best practices are integrated consistently from the outset, optimising sustainable outcomes and future-proofing assets.
The Framework also facilitates monitoring, data collection, and performance disclosure as 3RE transitions assets to be healthy, energy-efficient, and climate-resilient. It aligns assets with reporting requirements outlined in 3RE’s Responsible Investment Guidelines, enabling the company to meet UN PRI targets, as well as specific disclosure requirements.
