Michelle oversees the operational and financial workstreams at 3RE, ensuring the business runs as a cohesive whole across investment, finance, asset and development management. Previously, she worked alongside Pat Gunne at Green REIT plc, supporting the management of the company’s €1.6bn portfolio. She also served as an external advisor to Ireland’s largest residential REIT, leading investor relations and corporate development, and was a committee member of the EPRA Investor Relations Committee. Michelle holds an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters in Real Estate, and a BSc in Finance. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS and MSCSI).
