Demolition of the structure commenced in May 2014 and was finalised by April 2015. The site was subsequently redeveloped into One Nine Elms, a mixed-use project featuring two skyscrapers: the 57-storey City Tower and the 42-storey River Tower, which accommodates a luxury hotel and residential apartments.
